Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

For attendee refunds, send written notice to MMPI Canada via fax at 604.739.2124. For requests received by Nov. 10, 2009, your registration fee will be refunded, less 20% handling fee. No credits are given for late notices or “no shows”. Registrants may send a substitute attendee if written notice is received by Nov. 10, 2009. MMPI Canada reserves the right to rescind any registration, and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.
