Cancellation, Substitution and Refund Policy

All cancellations, changes and substitution requests must be made in writing and sent to or faxed to 604.739.2124 prior to November 16, 2011 Cancellations received on or before November 16 will be refunded 80% of all fees. After November 16, no refunds will be made for any cancellations or now-shows. Substitutions may be made without penalty within 24hrs of the conference. MMPI Canada reserves the right to rescind any registration, and in that event will return 100% of the registration fee.
